If Order Amount over USD, 3000.00. - F.O.B. Shenzhen
If Order Amount less than USD 3,000.00. Ex-Fty. Price
(i.e. will not be responsible for any charges outside our factory)
Payment Terms
T/T before delivery(Normally 30% deposit for production, 70%
balance paid before delivery)
By irrevocable L/C at sight
US$300 will be charged if your L/C total amount less than US$20,000.00
Delivery Time
Roughly 2 weeks after confirmed order and in receipt of deposit
Sample
Sample free for value below 10USD, customer’s effective account for DHL, FEDEX, UPS AND TNT needed
Sample fee over 10USD or no effective account for freight collect are required pay for sample fee and freight charge, just like a trial order
Warranty
Six months replacement warranty; Twelve months repair warranty.
After our strictly and serious inspection by QC department, for defective or false products those are confirmed due to our own mistakes, can be replace and no need return back.Replacement will be shipped together with next coming shipment or according to customers' shipping instruction.

Neutral bubble bag, white box or blister card as per customer’s requirement
Package with customer’s logo
All artwork, film, printing costs and tooling fee are to be paid by customer, we can sourcing the reliable collaborated factory to make the fancy packing in shortest time and economical way.
